Shipping Policies

The Lavish Brand utilizes USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping.
TLB ships packages First Class and 2-day priority shipping via USPS by default. Clients that would like their packages insured are advised to ship with Priority Mail or UPS. We advise clients to utilize our service with ROUTE PROTECTION for optimum tracking and insurance.
For expedited processing and shipping options, the client must email The Lavish Brand in advance and will be subject to additional fees.
The Lavish Brand offers International shipping to all clients in various countries. The client should be aware that shipping time may take up to 30 days due to different countries customs processing along with being subject to custom fees for International Parcels.
In order to ensure there are no delays with your orders, it is the client’s responsibility to provide The Lavish Brand with valid shipping information. If there is an error, the customer must have order cancelled and remade with updated/correct information. The Lavish Brand is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address using the information given.
The Lavish Brand DOES NOT hold responsibility for replacing or issuing refunds for packages lost or incorrectly delivered by USPS or International Shipping Carriers. All packages returned to us will be subject to a re-shipping fee to the correct address.
Once orders are dispatched from us we are not able to provide any further shipping information outside of tracking numbers issued, and the client will be responsible for communicating with the corresponding carrier for any further shipping inquiries. We highly recommend insuring your packages to avoid any mishaps with your local couriers.
