Lavish Policies

Majority of our pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. Add an additional 1-2 days during peak traffic, sales, and holiday times. Please allow a total of up to 2-3 business weeks to receive your items from the time your order is placed. 

ALL CUSTOM, TAILORED, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

FOR CUSTOM/TAILORED ORDERS:

Once your order has been confirmed via email or consultation, please advise a turn-around time of up to two business weeks for tailored orders while we work on perfecting your items. Allow up to 4 business weeks for all custom design orders.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES:

1. REFUNDS will only be granted within 24 hours of an order being placed and the item has not been shipped. 

2. The Lavish Brand does not accept RETURNS at this time. We assure that our brand's products and products of our partners are inspected for quality. It is our priority that your items arrive to you defect, damage, and dirt free.

3. EXCHANGES will only be granted for size exchanges or if we have shipped you the wrong product. Aside from our custom pieces, our products are designed true-to-size. We have provided sizing guides in order to better assist you in ordering your proper size.  

 

If there happens to be any issues or discrepancies with your order, please contact us via email within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order.
