Our In-House styles (LavishLabel / TLB.LUX) are made-to-order. Allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Add an additional 2-3 days during sales and holiday times. Readily available items ship within 3-5 days of processing. Allow a total of up to 4 business weeks, not including weekends and holidays, to receive your items from the time your order is placed.

Refunds will only be granted within 48 hours of an order being placed and/or the order has not been shipped. Orders cancelled after the 48hrs will be issued store credit.
The Lavish Brand does not accept returned merchandise. These are intimate items that we assure are inspected for quality. It is our priority that your items arrive to you sanitized and free of damages or defects.
Exchanges will only be granted if we have shipped you the wrong product or the wrong size you ordered. Email us with your order number to receive a return label for exchange.
Our stock is true as listed. During peak times stock may fluctuate as shoppers shop until orders are fully processed. If an item in your order goes out-of-stock during processing due to this you will be issued store credit.
If there happens to be any issues or discrepancies with your order, please contact us via email within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order with Order Number.
